Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellations

This policy applies to all subscription and purchase activity on the Platform. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

Subscription Options

• 1-Day Access (non-recurring)
• 7-Day Access (recurring)
• 30-Day Access (recurring)
• 90-Day Access (recurring)

Some plans may include a free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid recurring subscription at the advertised rate.

Automatic Renewal & Billing Authorisation

By starting a recurring plan, you authorise the Platform to charge your selected payment method at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You will be notified of any material price changes before the next renewal where applicable.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your user control panel. If you cancel before the renewal date, no further charges will apply and access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel after a renewal charge, request a refund from the creator; if unresolved, escalate to Platform Support.

Refunds & Disputes

• Creators are the first point of contact for refund requests on their subscriptions and one-off services.
• If a satisfactory outcome isn’t reached, Platform Support can review the case. We typically respond within hours and aim to resolve most matters within 24–48 hours.

Digital Currency (“Gems”)

The Platform provides an internal digital currency called Gems, which can be used for value-added services (e.g., messaging, video calls, custom requests).

• Initial Purchase: First-time Gem purchases are completed through our secure checkout powered by our payment partner’s hosted page.
• Data Security: The Platform does not store full card details. A secure token may be created by our payment partner to enable convenient future use.
• Quick Top-Up: For convenience, eligible users may add Gems quickly without re-entering card details, using the previously authorised payment method.

Non-Subscription Purchases

In addition to subscriptions and Gems, you may purchase one-off services (e.g., chat, video calls, custom requests). These are single transactions and are not subject to recurring billing.

Chargebacks

Please contact the creator or Platform Support to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions or a permanent ban.
